LightingThe play's setting takes place in the summer. The majority of the play takes place during the day or early morning. There will need to be a lot of lighting for the daytime scenes since it is summertime, and not as much for the morning scenes because its light but not bright and sunny. Most of the play's action will be taking place on center stage. For bigger scenes we will be useing washes and for the little scenes we will be using spotlights. There will be lamps, and a fireplace onstage as well. The mood of the play is very dramatic. With that being said, the lighting varies with what scene is going on.
